DRAFTBOARD WEEK 6 PREVIEW

Facing a lowly Browns defense makes it nearly impossible not to expect a third consecutive week of Deshaun Watson domination at quarterback; anything short of back-to-back-to-back excellence will qualify as a letdown. Excellence should also be expected on home turf for Drew Brees, especially after a week of R & R. For an unconventional pick, bet on Ben Roethlisberger to put up big numbers against the Chiefs, even if he’ll be slinging passes on the road. Roethlisberger has faced tough opposition so far this season, so it’s not time to give up on him yet.

At running back, high expectations are a weekly reality for Kareem Hunt, although he won’t necessarily have an easy ride to fantasy success against the Steelers defense. Hunt would much rather be in the shoes of Leonard Fournette, who looks to pile up the points against a less-than-stellar Rams run defense. A final recommendation at running back is to consider Mike Gillislee. Gillislee should have multiple opportunities to punch home six-point scores with his Patriots heavily favored against the Jets.

When it comes to wide receivers, a high-value pick comes in the form of Mike Wallace, who has a touch matchup versus the Bears but has been gaining momentum over his past two contests. For the risk-takers, there could be great value in fielding Antonio Brown versus Kansas City, especially if you want to double down on Big Ben.
