Did you know that roughly 1 in 5 candidates referred through Draftboard secure an interview? This statistic highlights the quality of referrals our Scouts provide and the high regard companies have for candidates coming through our platform. Now, with the new interview bonus, you’ll be rewarded even more for your exceptional scouting skills.
How It Works
A few weeks ago, we enhanced our system for tagging and organizing companies' interview stages. This improved data allows us to accurately determine when your referrals progress from the 'resume received' stage to the 'screening/interview' stage.
You’ll earn a reward for that initial live interaction a candidate has with the company, be it a phone call or a meeting, and whether it’s with a recruiter or the hiring manager.
What You Need to Do
- Update Your Payment Information: If your candidates had interviews last month, please make sure your payment details are current in the Settings menu to receive your bonus.
- Continue Referring Top Candidates: Keep up the great work by referring more quality candidates. You’ll now earn rewards even if the candidate doesn’t land the job, as long as they get an interview.
- Leverage the Power of Your Network: Share job opportunities within your network, and use platforms like LinkedIn to tag potential candidates. The more you spread the word, the higher your chances of earning bonuses.

You’ll still be eligible for those substantial referral bonuses! This interview bonus is an additional way to recognize your valuable contributions. So, not only will you get rewarded when your candidate gets hired, but you’ll also see benefits as soon as they land an interview.
